Hi there,
This article explains how to create a new solution article in your Freshdesk account. Kindly find the steps below to create a solution article:
1) Navigate to Solutions -> "+ New article" -> Type in the required content.
2) After typing in the required content, ensure to fill in the mandatory details such as "Heirarchy"
3) Upon filling in the details, save the article and click on "Publish" to have the article published and visible on the Freshdesk customer portal.
